We had a fantastic New Year's Eve! The Heffner's came over and we partied hard...family style! We ate tons and tons of munchies: cheese and sausage, spinach dip, shrimp cocktail, fruits and veggies, cherry cheesecake...and the list goes on and on. The boys had a blast playing with Allayna. They are now dubbed the "touch trio". It is very important to be able to FaceTime someone who is standing three feet away ;)

Everyone made it well past midnight. The kids played board games, football, and video games to pass the time.









This morning I ordered a day filled with family, football, and food...and that is exactly what I got. We spent the entire day in the family room munching, watching football, watching movies, and then munching some more. It was the most relaxing day that we've had in a long time. Trent caught up on the sleep he missed last night and took a 4 hour nap. The weather outside was snowy and windy...a perfect lazy day.
